How may I order?

You may order a My Grandma’s Coffee Cake on-line at My Grandma’s Website, by sending an email to our Customer Service Department, via Fax at 617-364-0505, or by telephone
at 1-888-847-2636.  You may also mail your order to our offices at 1636 Hyde Park Avenue in Boston, MA 02136.

May I purchase a gift certificate?

My Grandma’s does offer many gift certificate options that may be redeemed for various cakes at any time of the year. Please see our Gift Certificate Order Page or call 1-888-847-2636 for more information.

Do I get a discount if I order more than 1 cake?

My Grandma’s offers a wide variety of discounts to our customers. For multiple cakes shipped to the same address at the same time, we offer discounted shipping rates. We also offer seasonal promotional discounts and special offers throughout the year. Most of our specials are advertised via email so please sign up on Our Mailing List Page for our newsletter so you will always be aware of our special promotions. May I send a greeting along with my cake?

You may add a personalized greeting to your gift cake with a maximum of 5 lines of text with 60 characters on each line (a space between words is considered a character). For holiday gift giving (and with sufficient advance notice and coordination), you may arrange to have your own personalized card inserted with your gift cake. The gift message will be tucked safely inside of the cake box and may be found on our packing slip

How may I pay? Do you accept all major credit cards?

My Grandma’s accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Cards as payment for our product. You may also order via telephone at
1-888-847-2636 and pay by check or money order. In the case of non credit card payments, we will hold your order until we receive your payment via US Mail.

How far in advance should I order for holiday shipping? Or any special occasion?

Orders for holiday gift giving or for delivery during peak gift giving seasons (such as Christmas, Thanksgiving and Chanukah) should be placed as far in advance as possible - we recommend that you order at least three weeks in advance to ensure holiday delivery. For orders with multiple gift recipients, we recommend emailing the order or Faxing your order to our customer service department at 617-364-0505.  Please do not include credit card or payment information on your request.  We will contact you to verify receipt of the order and obtain your payment information at that time.

What if I encounter problems while ordering from your Website?

Please contact us immediately, via email or phone at 1-888-847-2636, if you encounter any problems with our Website. Our office hours are 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, and 9 a.m until 4 p.m. on Fridays (Eastern time). Our offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and most major U.S. holidays. Please note your Webcart number (located in the upper right hand corner of the Website) before calling and if calling during our off hours please leave a detailed message with your contact information and we will contact you.
