shipment. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept
or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications
or information before accepting any order.
Specials and Promotions
Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other
offers unless specifically noted. Limit one promotion per order.

Shipping and Delivery
My Grandma’s of New England®, in conjunction with FedEx, will attempt to deliver a product
in keeping with the FedEx delivery expectations on the requested day. FedEx does not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. My Grandma’s of New England® is not responsible for:
- Cakes delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from lack of a complete address supplied by the

of delivery at the address supplied by the customer.
A $14.00 per cake charge may be assessed when the sender supplies us with an

circumstances. We will assess a $20.00 charge per small cake and $30.00 per large cake when the customer
requests re-ship service.
Because of the extremely high volume of orders during seasonal time periods,
My Grandma’s does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled within 24
hours of the requested ship date during the following times periods:
- the seven business days prior to Thanksgiving.
- the twelve business days prior to Chanukah and / or Christmas.
During non-peak ordering periods, the Customer Service staff at My Grandma’s
will be more than happy to assist you with order changes or cancellations,
provided that the order has not physically shipped from our bakery.
